Stella Drunken Mussels
Ingredients:
1 lb PEI mussels
1 tsp garlic (chopped)
1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
1 cup Stella Artois
1 tsp butter
Black pepper to taste
1 tsp vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Heat sauce pan to very high temperature
2. Add vegetable oil. Add mussels to shock them
3. Add garlic and pepper, let cook for 30 seconds
4. Add cilantro and beer. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes until just open
5. Remove from heat and stir in butter
