Have an event you'd like let everyone know about?

You could have the crew at BT Vancouver wish your loved one a Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, Congratulations or Good Luck. We’d love to celebrate with you and show your picture on tv. 

• Photos must be sent to us a week in advance.
• Only jpg or gif files will be accepted – 2mb max. file size. 
• All fields must be filled for your BT Celebration entry to be accepted

If you have 2 or more birthdays to submit, please send each individually.

Every person nominated for a Celebration gets entered into a draw to win a gift certificate for Goldilocks bakery on Broadway in Vancouver.

Due to the volume of submitted entries that Citytv receives, we cannot guarantee all photos will be shown, but we will try our best!

You must include the following in order to be considered for BT Celebrations:

• The date of celebration on the front of the envelope
• the name on the picture, 
• as well as date of birthday 
• a telephone number you can be reached at during the day
• and finally, who the birthday greeting is from!
